We started with 16 refined, tapered spokes on a concave profile and added a layer of offset reinforcing spokes, creating a staggered reverse triangle design that maximizes both strength and style. Each Fittipaldi Off Road Forged wheel begins as a solid monoblock of premium Aerospace-grade 6061 aluminum. Under immense pressure, the monoblock is forged for the ideal balance of lightness and strength, then heat-treated to T6 spec to further enhance stiffness and durability. Only after this do we begin the precision CNC-milling process to ensure each wheel meets Fittipaldi Off Road’s uncompromising standards for quality and design.
